WHITE NIKE DUNK SKY HI SNEAKERS

Ok, so I've had my eye on these beauties for a while now and I've finally ordered them from ASOS a couple of days ago, so now i'm just happily waiting for them to arrive on my doorstep. These will officially be the 3rd pair of 'Dunk Sky Hi' wedge sneakers to join my Nike collection, and I can't wait to take them out for a stroll!

ALICE + OLIVIA BY STACEY BENDET SS14 COLLECTION PREVIEW

Stacey Bendet's Spring 2014 collection for alice + olivia is at the crossroads of prep-meets-pretty. It's the 'American Girl' - carefree collegiate with a romantic twist.

The collection is built around sophisticated neutrals accented by pops of pastel. Pink, aqua, yellow and silver complement nude, bone, black and white. Key pieces include the mini skirt, slip dress, crop top, little white suit and an updated blazer. Spring is about mixing prep with pretty in a fresh way, from beaded jackets worn over collared shirts to modern collarless blazers paired with lace shorts, full skirts for daytime and crop tops for all time. 

Accessories provide contrast to the understated color palette via striking bursts of light aqua green and sunny yellow.

H&M SS14 PREVIEW

Hey guys, so just before christmas I went to check out the H&M Spring/Summer 2014 collection at the showroom. Obviously, I saw a few things I liked, hence the embroidered denim jacket above, which automatically hit the top of my wish list. Apart from denim, you will also see alot of suede, heavy prints, tassels and metal hardwear. I can't wait til March 2014, I want it everything now please!!

FURLA SS14 PREVIEW

Last week, Furla gave us a preview of their Spring/Summer 2014 collection: "Up in the sky". Unfortunately, I left my camera at home that day which left me with no choice but to use my iPhone to take pictures at the show, so please excuse the quality of the images. Leaving that behind, I'm always welcome to add a Furla bag to my wardrobe and after checking out the new collection, i'm more in love. The all new Furla SS14, is inspired by the lightness and freedom of nature, featuring Maple and Parchment tones with shades of blue, such as Dew and Atlantic, and pastel nuances of Dawn and Apricot. Sophisticated and unexpected materials, like Summer Pony and Crocodile with fine, ultra-soft nappa finish, evergreen leathers such as Ares patterned calfskin and goatskin could also be found within the new collection. The iconic Candy Bag is updated by combining the transparency of PVC on a leather base.

My favourite bag out of the lot is the Frida BBZ0 Atlantic (the light blue handbag on left), it's absolutely beautiful and the perfect size to fit all my daily essentials. What's better than a bag which could take you from day to night and goes with literally everything!

MONKI HONG KONG

A couple of weeks ago I went to the Grand opening party of Monki's new store in Tsim Sha Tsui, this is the 2nd Monki store in Hong Kong. It was a night full of fun, food and drinks. A few cool activities were arranged like D.I.Y beanies, temporary tattoos, photobooth and there was also a funky bright coloured clip-on hair extensions booth too, surprisingly enough I managed to get through all of them. To celebrate, we had 20% off every purchase so I ended up buying a chunky knit jumper and a green chain necklace. I also went back a few days later and bought an oversized denim shirt. I really do need to stop spending so much!

ISABEL MARANT FOR H&M LOOKBOOK

It's not long til the launch of the Isabel Marant for H&M Collection. I'm going to preview the collection on Monday at the H&M showroom before it hit the stores  and online on Thursday 14th November, so stay tuned! Meanwhile, you could check out the lookbook first. I've already spotted a few items I want from this amazing collaboration like the grey oversized coat, printed long cardigan and the grey relaxed trousers.

PAUL SMITH FW13 PREVIEW

Here's a few pics from the Paul Smith FW13 preview, the collection is a mix of soft and hard textures, dark wintery shades with bright colours like fuchsia, cobalt, teal and rust balanced off with neutral navy, off-white and silver. Geometric prints are incorporated into the fabrics, bonded into felted wool and crisp cotton.
